Derry Girls Season 3 Release Date, Cast, Plot, Is The Trailer Out?

Derry Girls is a British sitcom which is created and written by Lisa McGee. It is produced by Hat Trick Productions. This story has had 2 seasons till date with 6 episodes in each season. It was first broadcasted in January 2018. It has only been a short span of time while this sitcom has released but has made its place in the hearts of people with its spectacular storyline.

Viewers want to see a better version of what they saw earlier is the only reason they stick to a particular series or a story line. But the wait for the brand new season of the Derry girls is taking the patience of the viewers at toss especially after the spectacular closure of the second season and by not following up to tell them about the upcoming season. Waiting for the third season for the viewers is similar to waiting for Gerry’s road trip to end till Burl.

But the hair rising news for the viewers is that the third series of Derry girls has been commissioned for 2020!

Whereas the approximate released date for the trailer and the season has not been revealed but it is estimated that it may release by the end of this year .Earlier it was to release on May 4 2020.

It is assumed that in this season the girls might bring some important and interesting topics into consideration which will be related to day  to day issues faced by all.

The entire crew of the Derry girls is so pumped up for the third season and a glimpse of it could be seen when the writer of the show admitted in an interview that she loves to write the show and is over stimulated to bring out more stories and rumour .

There has been no update on introduction of new characters in the story.

Sadly,the production of the third season has not ended and is still at a hault because of the COVID-19 .
