Sony delaying Spider-Man 3 and forcing more Marvel Phase 4 moves

Sony Pictures has once more rearranged their motion picture release schedule, this time pushing back the exceedingly expected Spider-Man 3 from Marvel Studios from its originally scheduled July date .Due to the coronavirus widespreadbasically all of Hollywood has closed down for the predictable future. The 2020 calendar has been wiped clear through and no release till July, is scheduled and a few ventures that were as of now in generation are on break until it’s secure to continue shooting.

What is the new schedule of release?

Sony has presently unveiled  latest changes for release of Spider-Man motion pictures. Spider-Man 3 was pushed back to November 5th, 2021, similarly that of Specialist Bizarre 2. It goes without saying that had a domino effect on the rest of Phase 4, and just about every other upcoming movie Marvel has in the pipeline was delayed.

With the most relevant sources, Here’s how Disney’s new MCU Phase 4 launch plan looks:

  • Black Widow: November 6th, 202 0
  • The Eternals: February 12th, 2021
  • Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings: May 7th, 2021
  • Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: November 5th, 2021
  • Thor: Love and Thunder: February 18th, 2022

Spider-Man 3 is one of the rare exceptions, that still can make it happen in July 2021. At first glance, it seems odd that one’s staying where it was, but there’s a good explanation for that.

What can we expect now?

Unlike the rest of Phase 4, which will be under Disney’s banner, Spider-Man 3 is a Sony film. Sony however is responsible for the release with Disney’s no say into the matter. Although, chances are there that two studios could work together to move Spider-Man 3 in phase 4, if required. At the end its Sony’s call over the release.
