Even after corona’s threat worldwide, World War Z turned out to be an unexpected hit – both at the box office and with critics (mostly, anyway). The zombie movie, based on the 2006 novel of the same name by Max Brooks, made $540 million worldwide.
With a remarkable mark at the box office, it made sense that talks of a sequel soon began. However, the sequel seems to be following in the steps of its predecessor, and that appears not to be a good thing.
