The new downloadable character “Iroha” of Samurai Shodown will be launched on 13th of May, this year. This information was announced by Athlon Games, the publisher and SNK, the developer. The character Iroha who is voiced by Jun Miruno is available for purchase individually for $5.99, or with the Season 2 Pass worth $19.99.
Samurai Shodown is available on platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Switch worldwide and also for Stadia. A PC version will be released by Epic Games Store this spring.
Iroha is the third character in Samurai Shodown’s Season Pass 2 and is said to be one of the most popular one because of her attractive appearance. The official launch date of her character is May 2020.
A trailer has been launched by Athlon Games, the publisher and SNK, the developer on May 7, 2020 on the SNKgame YouTube. The set will be available to play on 13th of May, 2020.
Specifications of Iroha:-
- A mystical crane that transformed herself into a Japanese maid and serves her master to live.
- Her master is the one who is playing her and is known for breaking the fourth wall to address “her master” before and after fights.
- She also has some martial powers with her twin butterfly swords.

The first two characters of Samurai Shodown’s Season 2 DLC line-up that have already been launched are archer Mina and the water ninja Sogetsu. There is still one fighter left to come this season. If you are willing to buy a cheaper package of these fighters then you can wait for the last one to be launched.
Iroha’s arrival is expected to be the upcoming week and the gamers are excited to welcome this attractive character.
